শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা : যেকোন বিষয়ে ১ম শ্রেণির স্নাতকোত্তর বা ২য় শ্রেণির সম্মানসহ ২য় শ্রেণীর স্নাতকোত্তর ডিগ্রী, তবে অর্থনীতি, পরিসংখ্যান, সমাজ বিজ্ঞান, মনোবিজ্ঞান, লোক প্রশাসন, কৃষি, রাষ্ট্রবিজ্ঞান, ভুগোল, বাণিজ্য, ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং, এমবিবিএস, ব্যবসায় প্রশাসন, উন্নয়ন পরিকল্পনা এবং কম্পিউটার সায়েন্সে ডিগ্রী ধারীকে অগ্রাধিকার প্রদান করা হবে।

সকল জেলার প্রার্থীগণ আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
(১) আবেদনকারীর বয়স নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে স্বাক্ষরের তারিখে ১৮-৩০ বছর। বীর মুক্তিযোদ্ধা/শহীদ বীর মুক্তিযোদ্ধাদের পুত্র-কন্যা এবং শারীরিক প্রতিবন্ধীদের ক্ষেত্রে বয়স সর্বোচ্চ ৩২ বছর। বয়স প্রমাণের ক্ষেত্রে এফিডেভিট গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
(২) কর্মরত প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমতিপত্র মৌখিক পরীক্ষার সময় প্রদর্শন করতে হবে।
(৩) সিজিপিএর ক্ষেত্রে ১ম শ্রেণি বা ২য় শ্রেণি নির্ধারণে বাংলাদেশ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় অনুমদিত কমিশন (ইউজিসি) এর মানদণ্ড অনুসরণ করা হবে।

ক. পরীক্ষা অংশগ্রহণে ইচ্ছুক প্রার্থীগণ http://napd.teletalk.com.bd এই ওয়েবসাইটে আবেদনপত্র পুরণ করতে পারবেন। আবেদনের সময়সীমা নির্ধারণঃ (i) Online এ আবেদনপত্র পুরণ ও পরীক্ষার ফি জমাদান শুরুর তারিখ ও সময়ঃ ২৮.০৩.২০২৪ সকাল ১০.০০ টা (ii) Online এ আবেদনপত্র জমাদানের শেষ তারিখ ও সময় ৩০.০৪.২০২৪ বিকাল ৫.০০ টা পর্যন্ত। উক্ত সময়সীমার মধ্যে User ID প্রাপ্ত প্রার্থীগণ Online এ আবেদনপত্র Submit এর সময় থেকে পরবর্তী ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে এসএমএস ও পরীক্ষার ফি জমা দিতে পারবেন।
(খ) Online আবেদনপত্রে প্রার্থী তার রঙ্গিন ছবি (দৈর্ঘ্য ৩০০০প্রস্থ ৩০০) Pixel ও স্বাক্ষর (দৈর্ঘ্য ৩০০×প্রস্থ ৮০) Pixel স্ক্যান করে নির্ধারিত স্থানে Upload করবেন। ছবির সাইজ সর্বোচ্চ 100KB ও স্বাক্ষরের সাইজ সর্বোচ্চ 60KB হতে হবে। (গ) প্রার্থী Online এ পূরণকৃত আবেদনপত্রের একটি প্রিন্ট কপি পরীক্ষা সংক্রান্ত যে কোন প্রয়োজনের সহায়ক হিসেবে সংরক্ষণ করবেন।
Online আবেদন শেষে Download কৃত Applicants কপিতে একটি User ID নম্বর দেয়া থাকবে এবং User ID নম্বর ব্যবহার করে প্রার্থী Applicant Copy তে দেওয়া পদ্ধতিতে যে কোন টেলিটক প্রিপেইড মোবাইল নম্বরের মাধ্যমে ২টি এসএমএস করে পরীক্ষার ফি বাবদ ৬২৩/-টাকা অনধিক ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে জমা দিবেন। পরীক্ষার ফি প্রদান শেষে প্রার্থীর মোবাইল ফোনে SMS এ প্রেরিত User ID এবং Password ব্যবহার করে।
পরবর্তীতে রোল নম্বর, পদের নাম, ছবি, পরীক্ষার তারিখ, সময় ও ভেন্যুর নাম ইত্যাদি তথ্য সম্বলিত প্রবেশপত্র প্রার্থী Download পূর্বক প্রিন্ট করে নিবেন। পত্রিকা ছাড়াও বিজ্ঞপ্তিটি www.napd.gov.bd তে পাওয়া যাবে। অনলাইনে আবেদন করতে কোন সমস্যা হলে টেলিটক নম্বর থেকে ১২১ অথবা alljobs.query@teletalk.com.bd তে যোগাযোগ করা যাবে।

- নাগরিকত্বের সনদপত্র।
- মহিলা কোটা ব্যতীত অন্যান্য কোটা দাবির সমর্থনে প্রার্থীকে যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত সনদ/প্রমাণপত্রের সত্যায়িত ছায়ালিপি।
- গেজেটেড কর্মকর্তা কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত চারিত্রিক সনদপত্র।
- জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র/ জন্ম সনদের সত্যায়িত অনুলিপ।
- অনলাইন এ পূরণকৃত আবেদনপত্রের কপি
বি:দ্র : নিয়োগে সরকারের প্রচলিত বিধি বিধান ও কোটানীতি অনুসরণ করা হবে। পরিচালক (প্রশাসন ও অর্থ) এনএপিডি। অস্থায়ী ভিত্তিতে নিয়োগ হবে। সূত্রঃ www.napd.gov.bd
